i watched the movie "Meet the Robinsons" recently on disney channel and found it very nice. and since then i have more or less adopted the phrase "keep moving forward" as my personal motto. sounds corny if i were to say it out loud, but whatever.

so far ive gotten back maths and econs block tests, and the results are terrible. the setters of the econs paper put a very sneaky trap in the questions everyone ususally scores full marks for, aka the describe-the-trend questions. the graphs showed % change in spending/exports every year, and the question asked to describ the trend in spending/exports. so everyone got scammed into describing the trend in % change of spending/exports. zzz. would have gotten my B if not for that. and maths, well, i spent too much time on bio and didnt practise much, so just barely passed right on the passing mark. but thats okay, because from now on im going start regularly practising all my subjects and hopefully get straight As for prelims. keep moving forward yeah.

the bio department is evil :( first it was a review test on the first day of school. then a 2 hr lecture after combined sports meet, when everybody is going home for their half day. and now they are putting an application syllabus test on the day before national day, eating up another precious half day again!!! zzz!
(just airing a grouse, no hard feelings on the teachers, its necessary and for our own good i know)

after a few battles with my new pokemon team i think it has improved abit, though slightly only. gave zapdos rest/sleep talk so it doesnt get owned by status anymore. i also gave metagross explosion which has won me matches by taking out key pokemon, usually physical walls. regice is much better than my claydol for walling purposes, though i really hate it when blissey comes because we cant do anything to each other. and finally i threw in aerodactyl to serve as heavy-hitter that outspeeds many things, after getting owned by a max speed starmie. and my last pokemon (shant post in case huang pei sees this) never fails to surprise and pour the hurt on my opponents, though certain resistances are very annoying.

my chopin ballade no 2 is finally nearing completion! my presto con fuoco segments are fine now and im nearing the last page of all.
