even though i have already stepped down and like 99% of the work is out of my hands, im still very worried for my juniors. especially since their initial efforts are not looking as promising as i hoped it to be. i havent the heart to tell them that though. and maybe its just ridiculously high standards on my part perhaps.
but seriously...i hope improvements are made soon. though i guess the hope is probably going to be futile as the workload for MAF progresses into full swing.
