- sqrt(1-v^2/c^2)
last friday i sat down for the longest time in front of the tv ever and watched the whole of the olympics opening ceremony. and it was great and absolutely amazing. china is getting to the point where it can do anything it sets its mind to (except reducing co2 emmisssions haha)
aside from that ive also caught some of the games themselves, mainly volleyball and gymnastics. the gymnastics is just sitting in front of the screen and getting wowed endlessly by their superhuman feats, but its the volleyball matches that i can appreciate more after having played it before. the japan vs usa match was especially nice with alot of thunderous spikes, solid recieving, imba blocking and some miraculous saves on the part of the japanese. it makes me feel like playing again...though i know my skill has deteriorated to the point where i cant even spike properly anymore and can only receive and serve passably. bleargh.
im not happy at all with the schools revision lectures. its not that the lectures or the work assigned is bad, it just doesnt fit into my personal study scheme. please go and revise evolution and nervous system while i am focusing on my genetics of viruses and bacteria man. and its the same situation for all my subjects. i really think id be more productive if the study break just started now and the teachers just provided us with questions and consultations. it would probably be even easier on the teachers as well.
oh by the way, this is why ice beam is my next most favourite move after rock slide XD
